At JCS, we often hear from employers who feel they have wasted too much time sifting through an avalanche of resumes from unqualified job applicants responding to high cost “help wanted” ads.
For 80 years, JCS has assisted employers with recruitment, helping them find qualified employees who meet the specific needs of their business. This service is provided at NO COST to the employer.
Listing a position with JCS couldn’t be easier. Submit the information online or by telephone. An Account Representative will work closely with you to find the right match from among our Career Center clients. We only refer candidates who meet the requirements for the job.
Our “Featured Candidates” section lets you view profiles and resumes of some clients currently seeking employment. See someone who might be a good match for your organization? We’ll be happy to provide you with more information about the candidate or assist in arranging an interview.
In addition to our recruitment and hiring assistance, JCS also provides professional services to help employers sustain a strong workforce, including:
Targeted meetings provide opportunities for employers to discuss recruitment and retention challenges, staff skill gaps, training or organization development needs, and ways JCS can help address these issues.
Through structured, fast-paced networking, client-candidates and employers will connect for brief exchanges of information that can lead to an
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT SURVEY AND ANALYSIS
JCS administrates an on-line anonymous employee survey, then provides a report with actionable feedback.
ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS
Workshops can be customized for all staff or management only. Sample topics: Provide Excellent Service to Internal Customers, Retain Qualified Employees, Cultivate a Respectful Workplace, Manage the Four-Generation Workplace.
Job-search support is provided to outplaced employees through a contractual arrangement.
