Counseling and Therapy
To expedite requests for mental health services during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are requesting that individuals review our Client Guide to Behavioral Health Services and then click the button below to complete our client intake forms.
Please note: the forms include a request that you upload copies or photos of your picture ID, and the front and back of your insurance card.
The world today is complex. It is natural to seek out some professional support and guidance in trying to navigate rough patches or to find constructive ways to deal with set-backs.
Our highly-trained and experienced licensed mental health professionals (social workers, professional counselors, psychologists, psychiatric providers) can help adults, older adults, children, adolescents and families address many situations that cause emotional distress, including but not limited to:
- Family conflict
- Relationship issues
- Life transitions
We provide brief consultations, individual, couples, family therapy, as well as psychiatric services, psychotherapy groups and psychological testing. Your therapist will encourage your personal growth and help you identify goals and potential solutions to problems, improve communication and coping skills, enhance your self-esteem and make positive changes in behavior.
Most major health insurances are accepted.
