ACCESS CENTER PROFESSIONAL
Jewish Community Services is seeking a full-time or part time professional to join the Access Center. Primary responsibilities include greeting individual and groups to direct them to appropriate destination, providing assessment and screening of initial contacts into the agency to determine an individual’s needs and/or eligibility for services and resources, providing information and resources and maintaining information database. Evening and Sunday hours required.
Job Skills/Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and public greeting skills
- Ability to screen and assess clients for eligible public benefits and/or clinical services
- Proficiency with a computer, the Internet, Microsoft Word and Excel, and using a client database system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of Jewish values and culture preferred
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 – 4 years related experience

CASE MANAGER / SERVICE COORDINATOR
Jewish Community Services is seeking a Full-Time Case Manager to assist families with accessing an array of services and resources in order to promote independence and self-sufficiency. This position will be located at our Owings Mills office. Work schedule will include Sundays and/or up to 2 evenings per week.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
- Must have a working knowledge of community resources
- Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team
- Must have the ability to multi-task and work independently
- Proficient computer skills to include MS Word and Excel
- Must have some knowledge and sensitivity to Jewish traditions, culture and values
EDUCATION:
- Undergraduate and/or graduate degree in a human services field required
EXPERIENCE:

TEEN OUTREACH WORKER – Part Time
How would you like to work for a cutting edge community teen program — J.O.I.N. for Teens and the Mitchell David Teen Center. This is an excellent opportunity to connect with teens! This position requires evening and weekend work. Schedule is 3-6 hours a month.
Responsibilities include:
Hosting, chaperoning and encouraging participation in teen evening/weekend activities such as dances, band nights, game nights and other teen events.
Requirements:
- Must be over the age of 23 with some related experience
- Must have a car and current car insurance
- Minimum AA degree, BA preferred
- Must have good interpersonal skills
- Must be a team player
- Must have knowledge and sensitivity to Jewish traditions, culture and values

THERAPY SERVICES MANAGER / CLINICAL SUPERVISOR (Child and Adolescent)
Provide clinical and administrative supervision to a team of Masters-prepared clinicians.
Will be responsible for providing supervision as well as maintaining a small caseload.
Requirements:
- Independent licensure in the mental health field required (LCSW-C)
- Strong clinical background in child and adolescent treatment
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience
- Must be organized with good computer skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Sensitivity to Jewish culture and values essential
- Must have Child Play Therapy experience

PSYCHIATRIC REHABILITATION COUNSELOR – Part Time
Jewish Community Services is seeking a part-time in-home/community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Counselor responsible for working with adults. Individual will be responsible for helping adults with mental illness learn to manage everyday responsibilities despite depression or other mental illness.
Job Skills/Benefits:
- Work experience in the mental health field is preferred

- Hours are flexible – looking to fill 8 hours a month
