Ask any business owner or manager to list the top challenges they face, and inevitably you will hear “finding the talent” to take my business to the next level. At JCS, we often hear from employers who feel they have wasted too much time sifting through an avalanche of resumes from job applicants whose qualifications do not match the advertised employment opportunity. And then there are the groans about the high cost of placing those “help wanted” ads!
For over 75 years, JCS has assisted employers with recruitment, helping them find qualified employees who meet the specific needs of their business. This service is provided at NO COST to the employer.
Listing a position with JCS couldn’t be easier. You can submit the information on-line or by telephone and one of our Account Representatives will work closely with you to find the right match from among our Career Center clients. We only refer candidates who meet the requirements for the job.
In our “Featured Candidates” section, we invite you to view profiles and resumes of some of our clients currently seeking employment. If you see someone who might be a good match for your organization, we’ll be happy to provide you with more information about the candidate or assist in arranging an interview.
In addition to our recruitment and hiring assistance, JCS can also provide employers with professional outplacement services for displaced workers, at competitive market rates.
